Our Story

A Physician by training, Pastor by calling, David, with his lovely wife Ruth, moved to Southwest Michigan in 2013. Having served as Youth/Young Adult Pastors for over a decade, David and Ruth answered the call to start this local congregation of the Deeper Life Bible Church in Southwest Michigan under the oversight of the Regional Overseer, Pastor Akin Adeniyi.

The church is a full Gospel, multinational Bible based Church aimed at reaching our community for Christ with the Gospel of Salvation. It is a church plant of the parent church that started in 1973 with 15 people, under the leadership of its founder, the General Superintendent – Pastor Dr. William F. Kumuyi. It has since grown into millions of people with branches worldwide, including over 90 branches in the United States of America.

We believe God has placed us here to restore life and light to the community through the power of the Gospel.
